Watch the Lido Show the way it was originally intended – over dinner. Indulge in a delicious three-course spread (with menu options) and experience a show unlike any other with vibrant colors, exquisite accessories like crystals and feathers and a huge line-up of artists. The latest performances at the Lido are directed and produced by Franco Dragone, leading entertainment producer and author in a show called ‘Paris Merveilles’

Menu
Soirée Plume Starters
- Prawns marinated in olive oil with beetroot and horseradish tartare
- Fine cream of green lentils, pistachio panna cotta and smoked duck breast
Main Course
- Pike and salmon mousseline topped with a tarragon crisp, wild mushroom and leek fondant, and lobster sauce
- Farmhouse chicken supreme, foie gras jus and polenta with dried fruit and chestnuts
Dessert
- “Guanaja” chocolate square and tonka bean cream
- Coffee, mascarpone and walnut dessert cake

Main Course
- Duckling fillet with honey and timut pepper sauce, salsify in jus and stuffed shallot
- Veal with ginger confit and caramelised chicory tart
- Scallops with seaweed jus and parsnip and pumpkin mousseline
Dessert
- Meringue with whipped cream and chocolate sauce
- Coconut Vacherin cake with winter fruit coulis
